- Do you offer wholesale pricing on compostable straws?
- Yes. Carton rates for cafés, bars, restaurants, bubble tea venues and distributors are shown as soon as you tell us about your venue through the form on this page, and our team follows up within 24 hours.
- Is there a minimum order for wholesale accounts?
- Minimum order quantities apply to wholesale accounts, and they vary by straw size and how often you reorder. Retail orders through the online store have no minimum, so a venue testing the range can start there and move to a trade account later.
- Can I get samples before ordering in bulk?
- Yes. We send free samples so you can test the straws in your own drinks before committing to carton quantities. Request them through the enquiry form on this page or by emailing [email protected].
- What payment terms do wholesale customers get?
- Approved trade accounts are offered 30-day payment terms, invoiced after dispatch. Accounts that have not yet been approved, and all retail orders, are paid at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
- Can I set up a recurring straw order?
- Yes. Auto-ship runs weekly, fortnightly or monthly at a quantity you set, so a venue does not have to remember to reorder. You can change the frequency or pause it at any time by contacting your account manager.
- Do you supply custom-branded straws and packaging?
- Yes, custom branding is available for business customers. Lead times and minimums are higher than for stock lines, so contact the wholesale team through this page to discuss what you need.
- How quickly are wholesale orders dispatched?
- Wholesale orders are prioritised for fast processing, with same-day dispatch where possible. Delivery runs Australia-wide through our courier's carrier network, and freight is charged at the carrier's real rate for your address and order size rather than a flat guess.
- Do wholesale customers get a dedicated contact?
- Yes. Trade accounts are assigned an account manager who knows your venue, your usual sizes and your reorder pattern, so you are not re-explaining the account every time you order.
